Agreed. Also, if your system is configrued with different windows directories
for different users, how on earth can I guess which windows directory the web
server uses without a tortuous dialog box enumerating all users on the
machine and then asking for the user to pick the one his web server will use
(which will confuse the hel out of most people!).
If you are installing system level software, then you should be logged in
with appropriate privileges and a sensible machine configuration.
