[PHP-WIN] Form & MySQL

Please, help me.
I need to register the data that I collect with a simple form (FirstName,
SecondName, Email) on a MySQL database.
How I can do it ?
.. and how I can to encrypt the access-password to the MySQL db in the php
page ?
