[PHP-WIN] php postgres module for windows 2000

I just installed apache and php for win2000.
It's working fine.
Now I need php to talk to postgresql.
Where can I find that module?
What is involved in getting it to work?
Oh, I'd rather have a binary instead of compiling it.
And since we are at it, where can I find the postgresql binaries for w2k?
