[PHP-WIN] PDF_open_memory_image()

Hello there,

just before I file this as a bug: Can someone reproduce that calling
PDF_open_memory_image w/ PHP 4.0.4pl1 always results in "call to
undefined function"? I have GD and PDF library loaded, and other GD and
PDF functions work just fine.
