www.f2s.com is great so far, I've signed up about a week ago and its been down only once, i think it may have been caused by there database servers (yes they have mysql database servers for free too) So I would recomend it. To see a user website just go to www.oocobra97.f2s.com and you will see the web and database server in action. The only real downside I see with f2s.com is that your default start page is limited to only index.html, but you can always re-direct to a php page as i did.
