I use Homesite 4.5 but its not free. There is a freeware version of SynEdit
that works great with php3. I am not sure if they updated it for php 4 or
not. I dont have the link right now, but I will try and find something. The
software is designed by MikiDesigns and the name is SynEdit.
Hope this comes in handy!
