[PHP-WIN] What is your choice?

Hello all. I decided to install PHP on my windows machine. I would like to know what combination of Server and API is your recommendation. Currently, I installed PHP4.0.5-RC1 grabbed from www.php4win.de for IIS5 using ISAPI. (IIS5 and ISAPI combination seems to have bunch of problems that I've never experienced with PHP and Linux) What is your recommendation?
