I have a project that a I am working on and have come across a major snafu. It is my first time using PHP for a project and I have been asked for a form element wherein the user can select a time based on 15 minute increments for the next 6 hours. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the time parts of PHP are as robust as VBScript/ASP (don't hit me) and this thing has me stumped. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
