You're not alone in having had this problem - I upgraded a machine from
win98 to win2k and spent about a day banging my head against a wall trying
to get PHP to work (it wasn't even finding the executable), and then
realised at about 9pm that I was installing the .dll and .ini file to
c:\windows, not c:\winnt as I should have done! I was so fed up...
