Hi PHPs,
The PHP online-manual says, that under windows remote files can not be used
!

Is that the reason, why the following, won't work for me:
include("http://localhost/dynamx2html/dynalib.php");
Is "localhost" in this context remote or not ?
Any hints appreciated,
