Hello! I found all that bugs of weldformedness! Example code from manual contains not wellformes <BR>s! They must be <BR />! working example for xslt_process is follows: $xslData = '<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"> <xsl:template match="article"> <table border="1" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="1"> <tr> <td width="20%"> </td> <td width="80%"> <h2><xsl:value-of select="title" /></h2> <h3><xsl:value-of select="author" /></h3> <br /> <xsl:value-of select="body" /> </td> </tr> </table> </xsl:template> </xsl:stylesheet>'; $xmlData = '<?xml version="1.0"?> <article> <title>Learning German</title> <author>Sterling Hughes</author> <body> Essential phrases: <br /> <br /> Komme sie mir sagen, woe die toilette es?<br /> Eine grande beer bitte!<br /> Noch einem bitte.<br /> </body> </article>'; if (xslt_process($xslData, $xmlData, $result)) { echo "Here is the brilliant in-depth article on learning"; echo " German: "; echo "<br>\n<br>"; echo $result; } else { echo "There was an error that occurred in the XSL transformation...\n"; echo "\tError number: " . xslt_errno() . "\n"; echo "\tError string: " . xslt_error() . "\n"; exit; } Best regards! Andrew Golovin http://exper.ural.ru/ PGP Fingerprint: 24FD A0CD 667C 1FC7 C2F7 A2EA 9742 D484 FD3C 598D
this is no general Problem with Cookies but a big mess: i use cookies to store a session-id, so here is the Problem: The InternetExplorer stores seperate Cookies for every directory on the webserver, where cookies are used. Is it possible to store only one cookie for the whole site, including all subdirs? i used the following line to set the cookie: setcookie($name,$value,$expire,"/",".domain.de"); i also tried the simple version: setcookie($name,$value,$expire); nothing seems to work! any suggestions? Hi all, I've finally succeeded to build PHP-4.0.4pl1 on VC++ and obtained PHP.EXE. However, the PHP.EXE crushes when free(cwd) is called in virtual_getcwd() defined in "TSRM/tsrm_virtual_cwd.c", and cwd is a return value of strdup() in virtual_getcwd_ex(). I suppose that Module of alloc function is differnt from Module of free function, because stepping into free() is possible but stepping into strdup() is not possible. So, could anyone help me to fix the problem ? regards, N.Tsuda http://i.am/tsuda/ http://www.vivi-vine.org/ http://vivi.dyndns.org/

This is an invitation to you to visit a new Web site, THE SCHENK REPORT (http://www.SchenkReport.com), where the subjects are politics and culture from a generally liberal point of view. THE SCHENK REPORT features: **Insightful commentary, generally from the left but sometimes veering off in other directions. Regular contributors include: Walt Brasch, an award-winning reporter and editor who is now a professor of journalism in Pennsylvania. Among his virtues is that his writing is often very funny. Arthur Joel Katz, a retired TV and film executive whose favorite causes include defending the First Amendment and pointing out the insanity of the War on Drugs. Charles Schenk, editor and founder of THE SCHENK REPORT. I have 25 years experience in journalism. My special interests include the Balkans, where I lived and taught English for two years. I reported from the Balkans during the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999. (My "Macedonian Diary" pieces are available at THE SCHENK REPORT. From the Front Page, click on The Columnists, then look for "Macedonian Diary.") **There's a big page of Bushisms and a free Bushisms screensaver guaranteed to irk the Republican in the next cubicle. **Another feature is Abortion Watch, a running chronology of the Bush II administration's assault on a woman's right to choose. **THE SCHENK REPORT has lots of links to other writers, most of them on the left, and to dozens of organizations that help to mobilize and inform liberals. **There's a column for letters to the editor, so readers can talk back to us. In other words, if you're not really busy right now, it's worth a click. The address is http://www.SchenkReport.com. Thanks. Sincerely, Charles Schenk Editor, THE SCHENK REPORT P.S. While you're there, sign up for the free newsletter by email. If you don't have time to visit right now, but want to know about new features as they're added, click on [EMAIL PROTECTED] (You can end your subscription at any time with this email address: [EMAIL PROTECTED])
I'm trying to get a pop3 webmail script working and have been getting runtime errors. I believe I've tracked down the problem to the imap extention. What are the appropriate steps to get php to work with IMAP and pop3 mail working on windows 2000 with IIS? I'd appreciate any help, especially a step-by-step guide to get it to work. Both scripts that I've tried call for an installation --with imap. Thanks very much, Paul
