Hi, I know you have solved it, but I have the same problem and doesn't wanted to upgrade to php 5.5 (yet). You can solve it by using fullpath for loading the extension. So, using zend_extension=/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20100525/opcache.so should work.
