I would really, really encourage you to put a complete testcase in the bug. The PHP core developers simply don't have time to try and guess what scaffolding they need to run your code. Since you have it already, why not add it to the bug? (I've spent more than my fair share of life in debugging the wrong problems because I wasn't given testcases.)
