Hi, i've been trying to compile php module (ver. 5.2.9) for apache on a Centos 5.2 x86_64 system. Everything works well but the final library is a lot heavier than the usual, 15 Mb. For instance in Archlinux the compiled library weights 5.3Mb. I've used the same configure options that Archlinux uses, except for --with-kerberos and --with-openssl which I had to add in order to be able to compile. Hope someone can shed some light on this.
