[PHP-INSTALL] PHP has encountered an Access Violation

I just installed 5.2.6 and it worked for about a week and now I get this
error "PHP has encountered an Access Violation..."  I have uninstalled and
reinstalled to no avail.

Anyone have ideas about this?

Using win2k with IIS 5.0.
