Thanks guys, I've been trying all what you suggested including checking in php.ini short_open_tag = On, but nothing works.
It really sucks but I give up, I've opened an account in 110MB.com and everything is fine when I upload my Ajax and PHP files there. Good news is that I can keep on learning Ajax+PHP, but I wish it worked in my PC though, or at least I knew why it doesn't. Thanks to all once again.
