Hello, I have a Windows 2000 server with SP4 running IIS 5 and a
web page that uses PHP. The site was working well until one of my users
installed framework 1.1 and ASP.NET. Since then I get the following errors when
I try to access the WEB page in question: PHP Warning:
Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\extensions\php_curl.dll' -
The operating system cannot run %1. in Unknown on line 0 PHP Warning:

The operating system cannot run %1. in Unknown on line 0 I have tested the PHP functionality using some small scripts that I
found on the WEB and PHP is working properly. It just will not load PHP_CURL.DLL
and PHP_LDAP.DLL I have verified the existence of the DLLs, I have verified that the
extensions setting is accurate in the php.ini file (c:\php\extensions) and I
have verified that the proper php.ini file is being read (c:\winnt\php.ini) I suspected a permission issue, and have since given the group EVERYONE
full control of the entire c: drive, no luck….. Can anyone offer me some insight as to what I should be looking for?
