[PHP-INSTALL] windows, gah!

Hi, bit of a newbie so just humour me!   Ive installed PHP on my windows XP machine so i can create a client and server using SoapClient and SoapServer methods. I am running apache 2.0.55 and have (hopefully) configured it to run properly. The problem is when i go to run the php script it tells me:   Fatal Error: Class 'SoapServer' not found in c:\document and settings etc etc....\server1.php on line 14   (where line 14 is the call to the SoapServer method).  I have the newest version of php where the libxml is included, i have configured apache...i just dont know what else is wrong!   Any ideas?
