[PHP-INSTALL] Installation

Title: Installation

I am trying to install PHP 5.04 on a windows 2003 server running IIS 6.  I have tried the windows install program and the manual install.  When I try to run a php program from a web page I get the error “CGI ERROR  The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.”  I can run the test they recommend in the FAQ at the command prompt (PHP-CGI –I) and get the expected results, but the php program still gives the error.  I have made sure the PHP folder is wide open, just trying to get this to work.  Any other suggestions??
