[PHP-INSTALL] ***Call to undefined function mysql_connect()

I am getting this error message
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect()
I have MySQl 4.1,PHP 5, and Apache 1.3 I am running these on Windows Xp Home..
Please Please Please Help
