[PHP-INSTALL] PHP problem

Hi i`m running PHP 4.3 and i have a problem with pages coming out white with no pages.I run a web server on Window`s 2000 Advance server with IIS.   --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Version: 6.0.784 / Virus Database: 530 - Release Date: 10/27/2004
