Brad, Even though your reply was not for me, you have no idea how much you have helped me!! Being new to PHP and Apache, I've been going crazy trying to figure this out for at least 3 days!! Changing the php.ini to use relative paths was the key. I was trying to force the Apache conf file to find it.
