Thank you, Jurgen. Unfortunately it specifically says "definitely not Windows 98." Still, I followed it anyway, and found a reference to
doc_root, so I set doc_root = "c:\webshare\wwwroot" -- Maybe that is what Ed meant earlier when he said to point to the file (Thanks, Ed).
Unfortunately, no joy. The PHP script still refuses to be processed. <sigh>
