[PHP-INSTALL] 64 bits version of PHP

Does anybody knows how can i compile (or get an already compiled binary) for php that works on a Itanium runing on a Windows Server @ 64 bits?   I try searching for a gcc version for the Itanium processor but i couln't found any avaliable, does anybody know were i can find any compiler that works?   Thanks.
