Hello, I am trying to compile php-4.3.8 on a Red Hat Enterprise 3 ES server with support for Sybase 12.5.
The configure script is as follows: Note: The CC prefix line below is used as a workaround for a library problem with Sybase on Red Hat Enterprise. CC="gcc296 -I/usr/lib/i386-redhat-linux7/include/ -B/usr/lib/i386-redhat-linux7/lib/" \ ./configure '--prefix=/usr/local/php-4.3.8' '--enable-shared' '--with-sybase-ct=/opt/sybase-12.5/OCS' '--with-regex=system' '--with-zlib' '--with-curl' Without '--with-curl' the above configure; make; make install works fine. My problem is with trying to compile in support for curl. The version of curl is 7.10.6 (Red Hat Enterprise RPM).
