[PHP-INSTALL] calendar.so missing

Hi,

Have a problem with calendar:

Unable to load dynamic library './calendar.so' - ./calendar.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

I even cant find this file on disk. PHP 4.3.6, compiled from the source. How
to build the calendar.so file?
