Well, I have tried to find out if some module isn't working, but that
doesn't seem to be the case. As far as I can tell the entire script is
processed by PHP and I get a complete HTML page returned by the script. It
looks like something is going wrong somewhere with PHP at startup and
whatever it is, it seems to result in the page not being closed properly.

When I check the generated HTML source through my browser, it's all there,
not a single character is missing. Still, the browser claims that not all
data was returned, so it looks like the browser expects some kind of <EOF>
signal and that's the part that is missing.

The problem is that apart from the Access Violation, I get no indication of
what is going wrong. The Access Violation at the top is there in every PHP
page. Even a simple one, like:

<?PHP
phpinfo();
?>

So, it's not something in the code of the page itself.

The Access Violation can be at different locations, though. I have noticed
that:
 PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 014273DD
 PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 0146ADCA
 PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 77F57EC6
 PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 77F580DB

All I have to do is hit 'Reload' in the browser to make it change location.

Is there anyone out there who has a clue of what is going on here or how to
troubleshoot this to find out what the cause may be?

Regards,

Quirijn Vermeulen.
