I have installed PHP on my laptop with win XP Pro, IIS 5.1. I have used the
.dll installation (php4isapi.dll). The .dll shows that it is loaded in IIS.
But I continuously get "403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden" errors
from my browser. I have matched all the parameters against my desktop (same
installation) which is working fine. Please advise.
