I think  my web server  is not  setup and  running  properly  yet, I  can't  see  any   output  screen,   it 's  blank  screen that  means  to  say  I've  not  install  my  PHP  &  configured  properly  my  php.ini  file  for web  server ???

Secondly  the  Catalog  folder  is  placed  at  C:/Inetpub/wwwroot  as  per  nstallation notes  on  installing  PHP and MySql
under  Windows  with  doc_root =c/Inetpub/wwwroot in  edited  in php.ini    I can  configure  from  Admin Tool --->Internet Info Services ,  etc  in  Win  XP  Professional  but  later stage  when  I  uninstall  and  reinstall  PHP  s/w,  I  can't  configure  again  no matter  how  many times  I  click  at  Start--->Admin Tool --> IIS ....it's  doesn't  work  anymore .

I'm  confused   and  frustrated  perhaps, pls  help  and  advise  what  the   best   solution  else   how  to  install  osCommerce  configured  with  localhost  http://localhost/catalog/install/index.php.  where  localhost  web  server   is  Microsoft  IIS  and  catalog
located  at  c:/Inetpub/wwwroot.   Thank  you  for  reading   and  trying  to  help  solve  this  technical  bug  error.
