[PHP-INSTALL] Re: PHP 5 and Apache

I get a problem when PHP loads DLL of some extensions in PHP5 RC1
on WindowsXP though I had no problem in PHP5 Beta either.
Even Apache SAPI and Apache2 SAPI are similar.

I do not understand the cause.
