I am attempting to compile php 4.1.2 on a solaris 8,
64-bit system with Oracle 8i support. Whenever I try
to configure, this is what I get at the end of
configuration:

Something is likely to be messed up here, because the
configure |
| script was not able to detect a simple feature on
your platform. |
| This is often caused by incorrect configuration
parameters. Please |
| see the file debug.log for error messages.
              |
|
              |
| If you are unable to fix this, send the file
debug.log to the |
| [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list and include
appropiate |
| information about your setup.

I check debug.log and find:

ld.so.1: ./conftest: fatal: libwtc8.so: open failed:
No such file or directory

I've compiled php a number of times and this is the
first time I've gotten this error.

I have to use PHP-4.1.2 due to the requirements for
the piece of software I am installing. Any ideas?
I've attached the debug.log file.

Thanks.
