[PHP-INSTALL] Problems with Apache 2.0 and PHP

Hi.  I've followed all the installation guides on the site, and I'm still having problems.  I'm running Apache 2.0 for Windows, XP, as a server module.  When I restart Apache, here is the message I get.     Help!!!   Thanks
