Yes... Apparently, some sys admins have used there "Support" email address when they signed up for the list. I've never seen this problem on any other list form RedHat to Postfix. My judgment of this list compared to mentioned lists, is that it is of little help due to the lack of posts and participation of at least one or two php gurus.
