Dear friends of the list. I try to install php ver. 4.3.3 with mysql 3.23.58 (already installed) and Apache 2.0.47 in a Red Hat 7.3 box.
This is my procedure: in the ..../httpd-2.0.47 directory #./configure --prefix=/virtual/www2 --enable-dav --enable-deflate --enable-ssl - -enable-so --with-ssl=/usr/local/ssl #make #make install Afther this, in the .../php-4.3.3 directory #./configure --with-apache2=/root/httpd-2.0.47 --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql -- enable-ftp --enable-xml #make #make install I can see that not is problem with the configure and the compilation, but when i search the library libphp4.so this file not exist. The library not is created for the compilation. The .../php-4.3.3/libs directory itīs empty and the .libs directory not exist. What i can make for solve this ??.
