hello everyone, last days i tried to update my apache webserevr from php 4.3.1 to php 4.3.3 i use gdlib 2 and freetype libraries 1+2 , also t1lib ...... i found that everything compiles and run very well, but using truetype-functions from php/gd gives segmentation-faults and/or invalid instructions ... and the server crashes.... i wrote down everything i find out, including a temporarily bug-fix to avoid segmentation faults, but his is not a fix, .....only a silly workaround, because i really odnt know how to code the gdlibrary :) i think the failure must be on the php-side of gd...... i put all teh dstuff on this website, its too much to post here in the list http://www.erdtrabant.de/index.php?i=77000 any help would be greatly appreciated volker
