First, I used the zipped package, not the windows installer version. Then I stopped IIS, unzipped the package. I put php.ini in the \windows directory and php4isapi.dll in the \windows\system32 directory. I then edited the php.ini file (the one in the \windows directory) as appropriate. Started IIS and it worked! Questions just email
