I tried PHP 4.3.3 and PHP 4.3.2 on Server 2003 running IIS6.0 and I got following error in 2 different machines.
You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed.
HTTP Error 403.1 – Forbidden: Execute access is denied. Internet Information Services (IIS)
I modified all folders’ permission plus IIS manager “Default Web Site” permission to allow IUSR_xxx to read, execute and modify. It didn’t help. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
