MySQL 3.23.55 is available at the HPUX porting archive at:
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Development/Languages/mysql-3.23.55/
You DO NOT have to include the switch '--with-mysql' when you configure
PHP to have MySQL support. It is bundled with PHP by default.

I could find only a binary verison of HP UX 11.11 at mysql.com and my

I installed 64 bit version of mysql and my OS is 64 bit
Since I have latest Mysql version on my system (4.0.12), I don't know
if php
will talk to the mysql if I don't configure PHP with --with-mysql
option and
depend on build in PHP mysql support

because my mother has no male child according to African Tradition. My father
therefore secretly gave me all the relevant documents of the said money, and told me
that I should use this money with my mother and my younger sisters because he knows
that tradtionally, if he dies we cannnot get anything, as inheritance.He importantly
advised me that I should seek foreign assistannce and that I should not invest this
money here in Nigeria because of his other wives and male children who happen to be my
elders.
I am soliciting for your immediate assistance to get a Bungalow for us, where I will
live with my mother and my two younger sisters and further advise me where and how I
will invest the balance money overseas, possibly on products of your company and other
profitable ventures.I believe that by the special grace of God, you will help us move
this money out of Nigeria to any country of your choice where we can invest this money
judiciously with you. You are entitled to a reasonable part of this money based on

i have a problem getting fopen to work over https...
here is a real example:
$fp = fopen ("http://store.el.net/index.html";, "r");
while (!feof($fp)) {
echo fgets ($fp,4096);
}
this works fine...
if you try it with https you'll get an error - file not found from php
if you try the same url with https in the any browser you wont have any
problems....
can somebody explain where to look at - i do have open ssl compiled within
php and everything else works fine -
php 4.3.1 * openssl 0.9.6h * apache 1.3.27 on FreeBSD 4.6
how exactly is the https request from fopen() passed to the ssl?
if the ssl works through the broser what can be the reasons that it would
not through php's fopen() or fsockopen()....
will going back to php 4.3.0 help? or getting another (newer/older)
openssl?
i am desperate for a solution.....

I try to setup Apache 2.0.44, MySQL 4.012, PHP 4.3.2
Whereby I followed the instructions at
http://lamps.efactory.de/e-lamps-2.0.shtml
Apache works!
PHP (phpinfo() works!
Mysql works!
Just together they refuse to work!
I get the error message:
Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested
page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked.
The pages are from PHPnuke!
Any ideas, what I have done wrong?
