Hi,
I'm trying to re-compile PHP to support libgd for images. But the
compiling process always exits with an error (see below). libgb compiled
without errors.
Could anyone tell me how to fix this?
Any help appreciated.
/peter

So far my installation has been
1) Installed Apache1.3.19. Succesful
2) Extracted PHP 4.0.4 to c:\php
3) Renamed php.ini-dist to php.ini and opened in HomeSite making these
changes:
a) doc_root = c:\Apache\htdocs
b) extension_dir = c:\php\extensions\ [was .\]
4) Moved new php.ini to c:\WINDOWS\
5) Moved php4ts.dll & php4ts.lib to c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\
6)Opened c:\Apache\conf\httpd.conf and added
LoadModule php4-module c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
7) Copied php4ts.dll and
php4ts.lib to SYSTEM32.
when i run the script below:
<?php
echo "PHP Rules!";
?>
when i run the page in the browser i see the script as it is written in the
file.
<?php
echo "PHP Rules!";
?>
whats happening, its driving me nuts!!!!
cheers

a microsoft exchange server is a glorified imap server. All the folders
are just that, folders. Everything that is in them is a message. All
of the messages are in XML format. All you need to do to see that is
connect a regular imap client to an exchange server and then look at the
message sources. The problem of doing all of this without an exchange
server is that you need access to the database (the .pst file). You
need outlook to open and read that unless you're privy to the file
structure (Its binary).

PHP 4.3.1, Solaris 8/Sparc, Sablotron 0.96, OpenLDAP 2.0.6.
I'm trying to add support for LDAP to my PHP installation,
but when I add --with-ldap=/opt/openldap, the version check
for Sablotron fails. Without the LDAP switch, Sablotron
works just fine.
./configure --enable-trans-sid
--enable-yp
--enable-ftp
--enable-calendar
--enable-memory-limit
-disable-debug
--enable-safe-mode
--with-mysql
--enable-track-vars
--enable-magic-quotes
--disable-short-tags
--prefix=/opt/apache1.3/php
--with-config-file-path=/opt/apache1.3/conf
--with-apxs=/opt/apache1.3/bin/apxs
--enable-xml --with-expat-dir=/usr/local
--enable-xslt
--with-xslt-sablot=/usr/local
--with-ldap=/opt/openldap

And from config.log:

I suspect that this happens because /opt/openldap/lib is
included before /usr/local/lib (where Sablotron lives). Is
this correct? And if so, is there any way to accomplish
that?
Thanks for any help.
