[PHP-INST] SAPI modules stability?

Are the SAPI modules still not considered production quality? The only 
place that mentions the stability issues is the install.txt. Seeing as 
there is no mention of it within the main documentation, I was wondering 
if it was just an oversight that the install.txt still talked of 
stability issues.
