MySQL support is built into PHP 4.2.3. There is no mysql.so. The phpinfo() function should show support for MySQL.

I have tried to build myself and through the ports collwction and 'configure' and 'make' complete without any trouble. But, I never get a mysql.so from it? Surely there is something very simple that I am missing here, but for the life of me, I don't know what it is. Thanks, -- Joseph F. Noonan Rigaku/MSC Inc.
