Apache works without PHP, but when I try to start it with PHP as a server module, it says:
Can't locate API module structure 'php_module' in file c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll: (127) The specified procedure could not be found I've studied the archives and tried various things, but no luck. I removed the software and started from scratch with the same results.
