Hi,
You need limcrypt.dll which is not provided by default.
Just download it here:
http://ftp.proventum.net/pub/php/win32/misc/mcrypt/php-4.3-mcrypt.zip ,
copy the files: php_mcrypt.dll in your extensions directory and
libmcrypt.dll in c:\windows\system32,
restart your apache and enjoy ;-))
