I am having troubles getting MySQL to work with PHP. I keep getting this error when I try to connect to MySQL. I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_connect() in /var/www/html/cobatrack/index.php on line 89. I have read dozens of php newsgroup messages that tell me how to fix the error but none of them seem to work. My phpinfo file looks like this: './configure' 'i386-redhat-linux' ......... '--with-mysql=shared,/usr' ...... Every message i read says that I haven't configured mysql to work with php. But on the phpinfo page, it says that '--with-mysql=shared,/usr' has been configured. Can you please help me out. Thanks.
