I was getting "The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers" message so I invesigated. I checked the php.exe file via cmd and it works fine. I am using IIS, and when I check the box for "check that file exits" the cgi error no longer appears but I get the page cannot be displayed. Php is working for other sites so I'm am relatively confused. Any thoughts?
