Hello, I am having a problem with a 4.2.3 install on a redhat linux box running apache 2.0.43 and php 4.2.3....
when I turn safe mode on, I get this error: Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is -1 is not allowed to access /var/www/html/index.php owned by uid 515 in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/html/index.html.en' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0 when trying to access any php documents on the site.
