Hi, I am trying to set up phpbb on a Winnt 4sp6a server with php4
installed. I also have MySQL 3.2.X installed on the same box. I keep
getting the error that "could not connect to the database". No matter
what I try. I have created a databaes named "phpbb2". I created a dsn
for it called "phpbb". No matter what I enter in the host/dsn box I get
the same error. I have tried just the dsn, just the host, combinations
of the host/dsn using names and ip addresses. I don't know what I'm
missing. Thanks for any suggestions. Ken.
