I want to install a web-based e-mail system (Twig) and I see it requires apache, mysql and php. I'm using this on a test server so it really does not have access to the internet (yet) and I was wondering if there is another way of testing such a setup? It appears that I have to have apache up and running then php and then mysql. Is this the correct order? or should I have the web-server, database installed before php4. Directions are not too clear.
