Greetings!

Apparently you all were as stumped as I was as to why this did not work :)

I finally got PHP 4.2.3 running as configured on my system(phpinfo.php and
phpinfo.phtml both display properly in a web browser now, all my .php pages now work
properly) but I had to resort to drastic measures.

I re-installed RedHat 7.2 from the ground up!

This time, when I installed Apache and PHP, exactly as described in my previous
post...it worked! Go figure...

I still have no idea why it refused to work properly before, I did nothing different
except start from a fresh install of RedHat 7.2

Just thought I would let everyone know.

Thanks and Happy PHP'ing!

Regards,
Thistle
