I think the LoadModule and AddModule are correct. <IfDefine HAVE_PHP4> LoadModule php4_module modules/libphp4.so </IfDefine>
<IfDefine HAVE_PHP4> AddModule mod_php4.c </IfDefine> and I installed from an rpm binary not source. Guess I will have to go back and do it from source.
